Expojoc returns to Valencia: all the information about today's event

(Valencia, SoloAzar Exclusive).- EXPOJOC 2025 is shaping up to be an unmissable event for industry professionals, offering a platform for exchanging ideas and exploring opportunities in the gaming industry.

This Wednesday, March 26, 2025, a new edition of EXPOJOC, the international congress for the land-based and online gaming industry, takes place in Valencia. This annual event is being held at The Westin Hotel and will bring together leading professionals to discuss current trends and challenges in the sector.

EXPOJOC Awards
Yesterday, the EXPOJOC 2025 awards ceremony was held at The Westin Hotel in Valencia. The event, postponed due to the Dana disaster, brought together a large representation of the sector and the Administrations of the Community of Madrid and Melilla, as well as officials from the National Police Force.
The jury for this edition was composed of Giovanni Falzone (co-founder and CEO of The Power Plugin), Karen Marcela Sierra-Hughes (Vice President of GLI for Latin America, the Caribbean and Spain), Luis de Prat (Senior Sales Manager at GAMOMAT), Manuel Fernández (owner and CEO of COCAVEN), Patricia Lalanda (partner at LOYRA Abogados), José Vall (CEO of Valisa Internacional) and Unai Concha (Senior Business Director at Delaspot).
The award categories were: Innovation; Business; Professional Career; Association; Manufacturer; Product; Social Action; Online Gaming Provider; and Special.
The procedure for determining the final result consisted of presenting a shortlist of candidates to the jury. Once they selected one, they were combined, and the highest number of votes received the award. This was the exception in the special category, which was chosen by the members of SECTOR DEL JUEGO magazine.

"We've assembled a top-level jury. Professionals with extensive experience and training are available to choose from in each category ," says J. Ignacio Ferrer, founder and director of EXPOJOC.

According to J. Ignacio Ferrer, founder and director of EXPOJOC, this year's program has been designed to cover various gaming subsectors and will feature top-level speakers. Ferrer emphasizes that "EXPOJOC is a benchmark event that has been gaining ground over the years. Since the first edition, we have tripled the number of stands, attracting professionals from all over Spain and even from Europe and Latin America."
